Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on ELT Store are digital voucher codes. Once a voucher code has been delivered to the buyer, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital code delivery, we cannot issue refunds after a successful purchase.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

If payment has been made but the voucher code has not yet been delivered due to a technical error, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Invalid or Expired Codes

If you receive a code that is already used, invalid, or expired at the time of delivery, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement code (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase with proof (screenshot of the error when applying the code).

4. Payment Failures

If your payment was debited but the order was not completed or no code was delivered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days by the payment gateway. If not, contact us with your transaction details.

5. No Refunds For

  • Successfully delivered and valid codes
  • Codes that were not redeemed before their expiry date
  • Codes used on ineligible accounts (e.g., non-new accounts when the offer is for new accounts only)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to meet the minimum order value required by the brand

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us on Telegram Support with your order ID, email address, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
